When you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, company, email address, phone number, project type, and project details.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies, WordPress plugins, or legacy analytics trackers. Our website is built on a modern Next.js stack with minimal data footprint.

Your data is used solely to respond to your inquiry, provide the requested services, and maintain professional communication regarding your project.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) when submitting the contact form, and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for follow-up business communications.

Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 2 years after your last interaction, after which they are permanently deleted unless required for ongoing contractual relationships.

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at bill@bennu-design.be. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Our serverless architecture eliminates traditional PHP/database attack vectors. Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
