General Conditions

These general conditions apply to all services, quotes, agreements, and deliveries of BENNU Design, part of the BENNU.BE ecosystem, based in Belgium.

By requesting a quote or placing an order, the client accepts these general conditions in their entirety.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

Prices are exclusive of VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. BENNU Design reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of changes in external costs or project scope.

BENNU Design executes projects based on the agreed specifications and timelines. Interim changes to the project scope may result in adjustments to the price and delivery timeframe.

The client is obliged to promptly provide all necessary information, materials, and access to BENNU Design.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, a default interest of 12% per annum is owed.

For larger projects, an advance payment of 30% to 50% of the total amount may be requested.

All intellectual property rights to the delivered work remain the property of BENNU Design until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, the usage rights are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

BENNU Design is not liable for indirect damage, data loss, or loss of income arising from the services.

The liability of BENNU Design is limited to the amount of the agreement.

Belgian law applies to all agreements with BENNU Design. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
