Understanding the client’s requirements

The project is started by collecting information about the project from the client (we at BENNU DESIGN call this a roadmap). The initial requirements are identified, prioritized and the necessary resources are selected.
An estimate of price is calculated for the entire work. The way in which the work will be carried out is chosen

Now the designing and programming of your project begins. The tasks are assigned to the respective developers. Once started, a record of the tasks is kept in the form of an assignment schedule. The list of tasks moves from a TO DO list to IN DEVELOPMENT. When we are done with programming and design we are going to test how efficiently everything works

Feedback from the customer

The beta version is sent to the customer and after their feedback we will process it and then agree on delivery and necessary training
